Dublar Char is one of the top most southern tour sites of Sundarban, which is facing the Bay of Bengal on the south. The river Passur is situated on the eastern side and the river Shibsha is situated on the western. Dublar Char is famous for its amazing beauty; which is exceptional than any other sites of Sundarban; because of deep interaction among the wildlife, seashore and local livelihoods. It is an attractive island where herds of dotted deer are often seen to graze. Dublar Char is a good place for wild catch sea fishes and a biggest zone of producing dry fishes. Apart, one of the main reasons that so many people make the trip out to Dublar Char is because it is the best location to celebrate Rash Mela and holy bath. This Hindu festival is based on the meeting of Radha and Krishna a pairing which is celebrated by a three-day long annual festival. The tradition dates back more than 200 years and is incredibly exciting for both local and international visitors.
